League says it’s up but I can’t connect

Try these steps in order:

• Check your internet connection and restart your router.
• Restart the League client.
• Check Riot’s official status page for your region.
• Try a different region on our region checker to see if the issue is regional.

What do the statuses mean?

• Operational — no active incidents or maintenance.
• Degraded — Riot has posted an incident or maintenance notice.
• Major outage — a critical incident is active.
• Unknown — we couldn’t reach Riot’s status feed.
