League says it’s up but I can’t connect
Try these steps in order:
- Check your internet connection and restart your router.
- Restart the League client.
- Check Riot’s official status page for your region.
- Try a different region on our region checker to see if the issue is regional.
What do the statuses mean?
- Operational — no active incidents or maintenance.
- Degraded — Riot has posted an incident or maintenance notice.
- Major outage — a critical incident is active.
- Unknown — we couldn’t reach Riot’s status feed.
